Through our Teacher Mentoring and Skills Development Program, we provide regular guidance and support to teachers, helping them grow professionally and deliver high-quality education.
What We Do:
Each school year, across three school terms, we organize teacher meetings and mentoring sessions to:
Introduce modern teaching methods and effective classroom management techniques. Provide guidance on lesson planning, student assessment, and personalized support.
Offer mentorship that encourages reflection, growth, and professional excellence. Build a community of teachers who share best practices and support one another. These sessions ensure that every teacher is not just teaching, but teaching effectively, helping children reach their full potential.
