Encouraging Dreams, Building Confidence
On 3rd November 2025, our Primary Seven (P7) pupils at Exodus Josh Primary School sat for their Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) a major milestone in their education journey.
This year, a total of nine pupils five girls and four boys proudly represented the school. Each of them carried not only their books and pens but also the hopes and dreams of their families and community.
Kachance Kids’ Role in Exam Preparation
During the session, our volunteers and mentors shared practical tips on:
Time management and exam techniques
Staying calm and focused under pressure
Setting goals and believing in themselves
We also emphasized the importance of discipline, prayer, and self belief, reminding each child that success comes through effort, consistency, and faith.
Supporting Their Basic Needs
To ensure that every candidate was fully prepared, Kachance Kids provided geometry sets, pens, and other exam materials that many families could not afford.
Additionally, each child received a small pocket allowance to help them enjoy a good breakfast before their exam sessions because we believe that no child should face such an important day on an empty stomach. It was a simple but heartfelt gesture that meant a lot to the pupils their smiles said it all.
A Message of Encouragement and Hope
Before the exams, our team gathered the candidates for a short motivational talk and prayer session. Together, we encouraged them to approach their exams with courage and faith, knowing that their hard work will lead them to a brighter future.
“We are so proud of you. This is your moment go and do your best. Believe in yourself, because we believe in you,” said Ms. Aaliyah Yusuf, Media and Office Secretary.
The pupils expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support and love they received. For many, it was their first experience of being encouraged and cared for in such a personal way.
Looking Ahead
We eagerly await the PLE results in early 2026, and we are confident that our pupils will make us proud. Beyond grades, we celebrate their courage, resilience, and determination qualities that define the spirit of the Kachance Kids family.
Kachance Kids remains committed to supporting children in their education journey, from early learning through to secondary school and beyond. Together with our partners and donors, we are building a future where every child has the opportunity to learn, dream, and succeed.
